In case you decide to no longer use a certain domain with WebDirect, you will need to change the DNS records of that domain. When you set up your domain for WebDirect, you have made changes to DNS records in the domain settings of your provider in order to display WebDirect on that domain.
Now you will need to reset the DNS settings in the control panel of your domain provider. Your current DNS could display the following BookingSuite records:
A RECORD: 188.8.131.52
Those records need to be removed and replaced by the standard records from your domain provider. Some domain control panels display an option to simply select standard records again. For others you will need to double check the correct records either in the Help Center of your provider or by reaching out to them directly.

Please note, that reverting the DNS settings might bring your website down. However, this does not cancel your WebDirect contract. If you wish to cancel, please follow the steps described in this article.
