How can I upload a pdf?

If you want to upload a pdf to one of your custom pages in WebDirect please follow these steps:

  1. Log into your BackOffice and go to Content > Pages

  2. Click on “Edit” to access the custom page where you want to upload your pdf.

  3. Write your content and highlight the part of the text that you want to link to your pdf.

  4. Click on the hyperlink option on the black editing menu.

  5. Upload your pdf (or select from your existing pdf library on the PDF drop-down menu)

  6. Once your pdf file is uploaded, click on the blue “Done” button

  7. Save your changes by clicking on the “Save” button at the bottom right corner of the page.

  8. The blue text indicates that a hyperlink has now been added so that your website’s visitors can download your pdf when clicking on this part of the page.

  9.  Click on “Preview” to check if your pdf hyperlink is functional on the page.

  10. Finally, click on “Publish” to transfer all your changes to your live website.
