WebDirect upgrade: what changed?
With WebDirect’s recent upgrade to our new platform, there are some product functionalities that will be different than before. This article provides an overview of product features that have changed or are available now that your website has been upgraded:
All historical data and other crucial information on your direct reservations are still available now that your website has been upgraded. Please note however, that the dashboard will only start displaying any data after 30 days of your upgrade. In addition, the lay-out of your analytics dashboard has slightly changed.
You are now able to collapse (indicated with a -) or expand (indicated with a +) any sub articles you have created under a main article. Simply navigate to the Content tab, select Pages, and find the main article to manage any sub articles:
As your WebDirect website pulls data from your Booking.com extranet, we have made customizing hotel information more efficient for you. You can now edit all hotel information, such as your property’s name and contact details, in your Booking.com extranet. Once updated, this information will then also be displayed on your WebDirect website.
Your photo gallery will now display a new album called ‘Homepage’. Here, you’ll be able to view and edit all photos that are being displayed on the homepage of your website.
