How can I change my BackOffice language?

Your BackOffice language is set by default as the same as your Extranet language.

However, you can easily change the language of your WebDirect BackOffice directly from the BackOffice itself.

  1. Log into your WebDirect BackOffice
  2. Scroll down to the bottom of any page
  3. Choose your preferred language on the “Language” drop-down menu at the right of the page.

  4. Choose the language you would like to use for your WebDirect BackOffice and the language will change accordingly.
