The accepted guest payment methods for your WebDirect website are directly related to your Booking.com Extranet settings for Guest Payments.
All guest payment options can be managed in your Extranet under the tab Property > Policies > Guest Payment Options.
When guests make a reservation via your WebDirect website, they will be able to select either of the following payment options - based on your selection:
No credit card
Finally, all WebDirect reservations are managed in the same way as your Booking.com reservations. Therefore, all information regarding your WebDirect reservations can be found in your Extranet under the Reservations tab.
