You can request the cancellation of your WebDirect contract at any time.
To do so we require a written request to our support team. You can send the request via email to firstname.lastname@example.org or via the BackOffice of your WebDirect by going to the Help Section and click on Contact Support.
Fill out the form with the required information.
We kindly ask you to also send us the reason why you wish to cancel your contract with WebDirect. This is not mandatory but your feedback would be much appreciated so we can improve our product.
Once the cancellation is complete our support team will send you a confirmation email.
*Please be advised that we do not accept cancellation requests from third parties, i.e. your Account manager or customer service.
