You can request the cancellation of your WebDirect contract at any time.
You can send your cancellation request via email to firstname.lastname@example.org or follow these steps:
- Log into your BackOffice and click on Help
- Select Contact Support
- Fill out the Contact Support form with the required information.
- Finally, click on Save to submit your request.
We kindly ask you to also send us the reason why you wish to cancel your contract with WebDirect. This is not mandatory but your feedback would be much appreciated so we can improve our product.
Once the cancellation is complete our support team will send you a confirmation email.
Please be advised that we do not accept cancellation requests from third parties, i.e. your Account Manager or a Customer Service representative.
