How can I update the contact information on my WebDirect site?

Your contact information

The contact information shown on your WebDirect website corresponds to the details in your extranet, in the ‘BookingSuite Direct Website’ section.

This is how it appears on your website:


If you haven’t entered any information in the 'BookingSuite Direct Website' content field, the default contact details will be the primary point of contact, as entered in your extranet.

To update the contact details that appear on your WebDirect website, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the extranet and click on the 'Account' tab.
  2. Select 'Contacts' and in the 'BookingSuite Direct Website' field, click 'Add contact'.
  3. Add your contact details and click on ‘Save’.
  4. Once you’ve saved your contact details, your WebDirect website will be automatically updated.

Please note that WebDirect allows for one phone number, which will be clickable on the mobile version of your website so that your visitors can call your property directly.
