How can I get started with my WebDirect website?

This article will give you some guidance on how to get started with your new website, all in three simple steps. 

Step 1: Access

BackOffice is where you manage your website from behind the scenes. It gives you access to your photos, descriptions, pages and more.

You can access BackOffice by logging in to your Booking.com extranet and going to the ‘BookingSuite’ tab. Then, click on ‘Log in’ to enter your username and password.

Alternatively, you can log in via https://suiteoffice.booking.expert

Step 2: Customise

Once your website is live, we recommend that you focus on customising the following areas to improve your website's performance:

  1. Photos. Show your property in the best possible light by adding great homepage photos. 
  2. Pages. Create brand-unique pages on your website that will convince website visitors to book a stay at your property. These could include information about nearby attractions, nature, food and history.
  3. Description. Work on a personal and engaging introduction to your property. What makes your property special?
