How do I hide reviews on my website?

Reviews play an important role in securing bookings. 96% of guests consider reviews important when finding and booking accommodation, partly because they help them learn more about other people’s experiences.

In your website’s BackOffice, the reviews feature is switched on by default. This means that your Booking.com reviews will be publicly visible as long as the average score is higher than 6.

If you want to hide your Booking.com reviews on your website, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your BackOffice and click on ‘Content’ and then ‘Pages’
  2. Click on the ‘Edit’ button next to ‘Reviews’
  3. Click on ‘Hide on site’



  4. Click on Save


  5. To see a preview of how this looks on your website, click on ‘Preview’ in the top right-hand corner of the page
  6. Click on ‘Publish’ to make the changes visible on your live website
