Guests pay for WebDirect reservations in the same way they pay for your regular Booking.com reservations. The payment method is determined by you in your Booking.com extranet.
You can select a payment option that suits you in your Booking.com extranet. Just go to the ‘Property’ tab, click on ‘Policies’ and then select ‘Guest payment options’.
When guests make a reservation via your WebDirect website, they will be able to select one of the following payment options, based on what you select in the extranet:
No credit card
Finally, all WebDirect reservations are managed in the same way as your Booking.com reservations. So to check any information regarding your WebDirect reservations, just go to the ‘Reservations’ tab in your Booking.com extranet.
