How do guests pay for WebDirect reservations?

Guests pay for WebDirect reservations in the same way they pay for your regular reservations. The payment method is determined by you in your extranet.

You can select a payment option that suits you in your extranet. Just go to the ‘Property’ tab, click on ‘Policies’ and then select ‘Guest payment options’.

When guests make a reservation via your WebDirect website, they will be able to select one of the following payment options, based on what you select in the extranet:

  • Credit card
  • No credit card

Finally, all WebDirect reservations are managed in the same way as your reservations. So to check any information regarding your WebDirect reservations, just go to the ‘Reservations’ tab in your extranet.
