How do I cancel my WebDirect contract

You can cancel your WebDirect contract at any time in the Extranet.

Please follow the below steps in order to cancel it.

 

Are you a user of the Marketplace on the Extranet? Then follow these instructions.

Are you a user of the App Store on the Extranet? Then follow these instructions.

How to cancel your WebDirect on Marketplace

Log into your Booking.com extranet and click on Marketplace at the top right of the navigation menu.

1. Click on the WebDirect product tile (Do not click on 'Go to WebDirect') 

2. Click on Cancel WebDirect at the top of the page.

3. Select the reason why you would like to cancel WebDirect.

4. Tell us more about your choice and click on Yes, I want to cancel.

Your WebDirect is now canceled and you will receive a confirmation email. You’ll receive one final invoice. These charges will appear on your BookingSuite invoice, in the Finance tab of your extranet.

How to cancel your WebDirect on App Store

Log into your Booking.com extranet and click on App Store at the top right of the navigation menu.

1. Click on Go to My apps

2. Click on Options next to WebDirect and select Cancel subscription

3. Select the reason why you would like to cancel WebDirect in the drop down menu that opens when clicking the arrow symbol.

4. Tell us more if you like in the textbox and then click on Yes, cancel my subscription.

Your WebDirect is now canceled and you will receive a confirmation email.

Please be advised that we do not accept cancellation requests from third parties, i.e. your Account Manager or a Customer Service representative.
