Property location and ‘Attractions’ page

Your property’s location map

The map showing your property’s location on your listing is imported from the extranet. To change the location it displays, please contact your Accommodation Service support team and give them the correct coordinates.

Your ‘Attractions’ page

Your attractions page will be called ‘Attractions’ by default, but you can change this to one of a number of other options. To do this, click on the drop-down menu next to ‘Edit’, then click on ‘Rename’ and choose one of the nine options. These are:

  • Attractions
  • Area Attractions
  • Destination Guide
  • Local Attractions
  • Around Town
  • Local Area
  • Local Guide
  • Nearby Attractions
  • Things To Do

You can also modify points of interest (POI) that are displayed on the page. Here’s how:

  1. Log in to the BackOffice.
  2. Click on ‘Content’ and then on ‘Pages’.
  3. Click on ‘Primary Menu’, ‘Attractions’ and ‘Edit’.
  4. On this page, you’ll see your current POIs grouped into three categories. To add a new POI, first click on ‘+Add’.
  5. In the search bar, type the name of the POI you want to add.
  6. Choose the correct POI from the list that appears.
  7. You’ll see a preview of the POI, containing information from Google Business Places (photo, address, phone number, opening hours and website URL) and the distance from your property.* 
  8. Click ‘Save’ to add the POI to your page – it will automatically be added to the most relevant category.

*Note: This information can’t be edited from your BackOffice.

You can display up to three POIs in each category. If you have more than this, a ‘See More’ button will be added automatically.

To delete a POI, just click on ‘X - Delete’. You can also rearrange your POIs between sections using the ‘::- Drag and Drop’ tool.
